A Day in the Life of A² Tutoring
See how our program works and how we help students make steady, meaningful progress over time!

Submit a Contact Form
Families start by filling out our contact or interest form. This gives us a snapshot of your child, where they are academically, and what kind of support you are looking for. Once we receive it, we reach out to connect and schedule the next step.

Initial Consultation
Online or in person
We schedule an initial consultation based on your availability and preference. This meeting is a focused conversation where we discuss your child’s needs, goals, challenges, schedule, and which support option makes the most sense. This meeting helps us determine how to best support your student moving forward.

Getting Started
After the consultation, families receive two short Google forms, one for the parent and one for the student. These forms help us understand learning styles, strengths, challenges, schedules, and goals from both perspectives. Using this information, we personalize sessions, set up a consistent schedule, and prepare a no-cost care package tailored specifically to your child. Care packages include school supplies and materials chosen to support your student and are delivered before the first official week of sessions so they feel prepared and confident from the start.

The First Three Weeks
The first three weeks are a trial and adjustment period designed to understand how your child learns and what level of support works best. During this time, we focus on building trust, establishing routines, identifying learning gaps, and testing strategies that support your child’s progress. We closely track how your child responds to sessions and use this information to confirm the most effective schedule, service level, and pricing moving forward. This ensures families are only committing to the support their child truly needs. (extended if necessary)

Ongoing Weekly Sessions
Once routines are established, students move into a consistent weekly schedule with sessions at least once per week depending on the program selected. Sessions are structured but supportive, focusing on accountability, skill building, and confidence, with clear goals guiding each week.
After each session, parents receive a detailed update explaining what was worked on, how the student did, and what the focus will be moving forward. Families are also kept informed about upcoming tests, assignments, and study priorities so everyone stays aligned and there are no surprises.

What Progress Will Look Like
When students consistently participate in our program, families can expect measurable academic growth. Our goal is a minimum one-letter-grade improvement within a semester or less, whether that means moving from a C to a B or from a B to an A. This progress is achieved through consistent support, accountability, and intentional instruction focused on long-term success, not short-term fixes.
“We see such a difference in our child within just a few months. Their grades have improved, their confidence is growing, and we always feel supported and informed.”
